The New Cameo Studios are updated with security cameras, cleaned and sanitized per safety protocols from the CDC and the NYC Dept of Health.

• We now have keyless mobile access which is controlled by your reservation time. You can access the entrance, elevator and Studio with your phone.
• There is a 30-minute window before and after your booked reservation time.
• You must clean up and leave the space within 30-minutes after the end of your reservation time or the elevator will not work!
• This is for safety and courtesy to other renters.
• The entrance door to the building must be kept closed at all times.
• Posted capacity limits must not be exceeded.
• We encourage social distancing and the use of masks whenever possible.
• In the event of a confirmed case of COVID-19 in someone who has been in the studio in the past seven (7) days, you must notify CHDC immediately at 212-967-1644.
• We encourage all renters to perform contact tracing and notification related to all exposures.
• No food or drink is allowed at Cameo Studios, except for plastic water bottles with screw-on caps.
• All items that are brought into Cameo Studios for a session must be removed at the end of the session.
• No storage is available for safety and protocol reasons.

Please be considerate to others. There will be a $25 cleaning fee if you leave the studio a mess.
