CHDC is committed to supporting the thriving artists and arts and cultural organizations that have long flourished in the Clinton Hell's Kitchen and Chelsea neighborhoods by developing and maintaining state-of-the-art spaces for artists and arts groups in which they can perform, rehearse and hone their crafts.
Located in the heart of Times Square at 307 West 43rd Street, Clinton Cameo Studios has two 990-square foot rehearsal studios with sprung floors. They are available to not-for-profit arts groups at affordable rates for events, rehearsals, performances, workshops, and the like and as of 2019 had over 120 users.
Learn more & Book SpaceCHDC is currently working on developing a new cultural hub located on West 52nd Street between 10th and 11th Avenues: The McNulty. The 10-story community facility will include 14 artist studios, 6 rehearsal spaces, 7 music studios, offices for not-for-profit theater companies, three performance theaters, and an art gallery. The building is currently home to four individual artists, two theater companies, and one art gallery—all of whom have been tenants for decades. The art gallery is available for rental.
